D20 is a competitive single-chip solution for Digital
Answering Machine (DAM), which integrates a high performance, low
power DSP core, 16-bit dual PCM CODEC and analog peripherals. With
innovative and flexible system architecture, code-masking is no
longer needed, it will shorten the TAT and reduce the inventory
risk. D20 supports cost-effective SPI-Flash for message and data
storage, the low pin count package will reduce PCB complexity and
cost. Built-in Multi-rate Coder (MRC) algorithm, bit rate range
from 3.6kbps to 9.6kbps speech compression/decompression, fulfills
excellent voice quality for variety of DAM application.
